A day in Monterey

Sunday, David and I decided to head down to Monterey for a day. We visited the aquarium, cannery row, some of the tidepools around Pacific Grove, 17 mile drive, and Pebble Beach. Even though we spent the morning at the aquarium, the highlight of the wildlife viewing for the day was in the evening along fisherman's wharf. We watched an otter enjoy his dinner (mmm...mussels) while a seagull stalked him, and then had a pelican join us for our dinner. Click to see some shots of these guys.
